Data of selected populations from West Coast India analysed in Human Genetics 2021

This dataset includes quality filtered genotypes of 48 Roman Catholic individuals from Goa and Karnataka (Kumta and Mangalore).

The entire data is password protected and freely available to the researchers upon request via an e-mail to thangs@ccmb.res.in.
