Data of selected populations from South West coast India(Konkan and Malabar coast)

This dataset includes unfiltered genotypes of 76 individuals from Karnataka and Kerala (Konkan and Malabar coast).

The entire data is password protected and freely available to the researchers upon request via an e-mail to thangs@ccmb.res.in.
